DUSTI ARAB
URBAN FARMER & MARKETER
Dusti Arab is a grower, writer, marketer, and the founder of Hearth & Hollow — a backyard micronursery in Vancouver, Washington. After the 2025 inauguration, she started reorienting her life around a single belief: with social services being gutted at the federal level, we have a moral responsibility to protect each other locally.
She started Hearth & Hollow first, growing organic edible plant starts and selling them at the Vancouver Farmers Market because it means she can accept SNAP benefits and help families experiencing food insecurity grow their own. She also runs the reinvention co, creating book launch campaigns for future bestselling nonfiction authors whose work she believes in.
For most of her adult life, she thought she could do more good from outside of political systems than in them, and somewhere along the way she stopped believing that...so now she's running for office.
She's been on the Failure Ball Board of Directors since 2022, which means she already knows what this room does to people, and that it's one of the most important tools in our belt to fight fear, failure, and fascism.

As the Founder of The Aligned Method™, she partners with leaders and HR teams to dig up the root causes of workplace friction — and knows alignment isn’t just a fancy corporate framework.
Rather, it’s a deeply human practice that transforms how people communicate, slow down, build trust, and actually thrive together.
Known for her calm, insightful presence, Otisa blends strategy with real-deal humanity, storytelling, and tools folks can immediately apply.
Keep her fueled with a great conversation about systemic change, and she’s ready to help any mission-driven team navigate the beautifully messy work of growing together.
TIFFANY HAN
BUSINESS COACH & BRANDING STRATEGIST
Tiffany is the writer, teacher, and podcast host who helps the driven & daring turn big ideas into bold realities — without burning out.
As the host of the long-running Raise Your Hand Say Yes podcast, (now in its 11th year with over 2 million downloads!) Tiffany inspires creative high-achievers to say yes to what matters most, and no to everything that doesn’t.
She helps super achievers trade burnout for balance, hustle for ease, and endless striving for radical self-belief.
Known for her candid approach, Tiffany’s superpower is being totally transparent about her sobriety and ADHD diagnosis.
Tiffany lives in Northern Colorado with her husband, twin daughters, and a kitchen full of Post-it notes.
When she’s not coaching, you’ll find her baking cookies, sparking spontaneous dance parties, or chasing adventure on a bike, paddleboard, or cross-country skis.
ANNE HILL
CONTENT WRITER & MEMOIR MENTOR
Anne’s the founder of In Her Words Project, dedicated to helping women capture their stories, process their experiences, and rediscover their own narrative after years of silence and self-doubt.
For 20 years, Anne lived inside a high-control culture that shaped nearly every decision she made — how she worked, what she believed, and how she saw the world.
Walking away meant starting over from scratch. Rebuilding her identity. Her voice. Her life. Today, Anne helps others do the same.
Her work encourages women — especially those in their "third act" — to turn hard chapters into sources of strength. She’s also a professional writer & strategist who’s built (and supported) multiple businesses across healthcare, publishing, and marketing.
She showcases the courage it takes to reclaim your life after losing it to someone else’s control.
TIFFANY LANIER
PUBLIC SPEAKER & SALONNIERE
Tiffany is the founder of 639, an in-person and digital third space for connection, depth and intellectual curiosity.
In a time where disconnection from self and others are at an all time high, 639 is a safe space for both personal and social connection that strengthens bonds and builds genuine rapport through real conversations.
For two decades, Tiffany Lanier has been creating spaces for people to feel seen, heard, and connected.
What started as a college initiative to bring students together through our differences evolved into a decade-long coaching career, community events, and national keynoting career speaking for leading brands, universities, and organizations such as Capital One, United Way, and the U.S. Small Business Association.
But no matter the stage or setting, the thread has always been the same: connection is where change begins.
AMBER McCUE
AUTHOR & ENTREPRENEUR
The odds say a single mom at 18 shouldn't own three companies — but Amber McCue has always defied the odds. She went from college dorms with a newborn to running freedom-based businesses from Ethiopia to Chicago, Abidjan to Zagreb.
With a background in corporate consulting, studies at Johns Hopkins, and a photography brand that grew from a side hustle to a multi-$1M operation in 26+ cities, she knows firsthand that the right systems fuel both growth and freedom.
In fact, systems are the foundation of her framework How to Clone Yourself® and her flagship program The Modern CEO® — helping hundreds of entrepreneurs build more efficient, profitable businesses while working fewer hours.
Spend enough time with her and she'll have you believing any goal is achievable — because she's living proof.
ADRIANNA MUÑOZ
ER NURSE & AWARD-WINNING CONFLICT SPEAKER
2025 Toastmasters District 26 Humorous Champion
2026 NSA CO Last Story Standing Winner
Adrianna Muñoz, MSN RN CNL is an ER nurse, leadership coach & award-winning speaker who knows failure isn't something to hide — it's proof you're dreaming big enough to try. (We love this, obvs.)
From inner-city Chicago trauma ERs to healthcare leadership roles, she’s navigated life-or-death situations where mistakes cost real people real things.
Today, Adrianna helps healthcare teams and leaders transform workplace tension into productive dialogue that protects both people and performance.
She’s proven that conflict can forge connection, and the most common feedback she gets is: "I'm excited to have a conflict conversation now!".
Based in Denver, Adrianna founded Ogden Peak to empower leaders to speak up, advocate for themselves and their teams, and master the skill that makes or breaks culture: intentional conflict resolution.
When she's not coaching or presenting, she bakes sourdough, watches crowd-work comedians with her hubby, and trains for HYROX races.
KATHY SIZEMORE
SECURITY INDUSTRY PRO & BIZ YOUTUBE STRATEGIST
Kathy Sizemore spent 30 years being the most capable person in the room while staying invisible — because that's where capable women get told to stay. In 2022, she finally stepped forward. She ran for Temecula City Council and came in last. (YAY for trying!)
She went home, stopped going out, and spent the next two years in the dark. Now she teaches established business owners to stop being the best-kept secret in their industry. She knows the cost of invisibility from both sides — the years she chose it, and the years it chose her.
JOANNA TIGER
GENEALOGIST & ENTREPRENEUR
Once upon a time — whilst gracing the pages of Playboy as a model — Joanna discovered the innate power of boudoir and became obsessed with showing women how perfect they are, in this very moment.
For 14 years, Three Boudoir's girl gang cultivated a devoted following and reminded women of their worth.
Now? She digs up dead people for a living.
As a professional genealogist & founder of Ourchives, Joanna excavates the stories families forgot they had. She also helps business owners streamline their operations and automate their systems — because she believes your business should serve your life, not swallow it whole.
When she's not jet setting about or taking the improv stage, you can find Joanna squinting at century-old handwriting or poorly playing the clarinet.
