OWNER & Deaf Personal Trainer
Anne isn’t your average personal trainer. Born Deaf, she lives and trains without the distraction of all the noise. The end result? She’s able to focus completely on getting you to your goals, and then surpassing them.
Over her 10 years in the industry, she’s trained folks all over the globe — including literal superheroes for Marvel Studios. Now, she trains real-life superhumans like you. (You may even need a cape.)
Her practice, programming, and sessions are fully virtual, all in the name of making fitness more accessible. (That’s also why she created the Silent Playlist Method.) Want to hang out IRL? She also runs in-person Reverse Retreats.
When she’s not picking up weights, she’s hunting down the best pastries, or answering to the siren's call in the tropics.

Crystal is the undomesticated CEO and Founder of Word Magic Copywriting Inc. She’s not just a multiple New York Times bestselling ghostwriter; she’s a veritable alchemist of the alphabet.
Ever the vagabond, she globetrots with her partner, her extremely loyal dog, and a laptop that’s seen more countries than a diplomat.
Having been paid in kibble and narrowly escaping a straitjacket — 15 times married and still counting— she’s living proof that the pen is not only mightier than the sword, but also wilder than a wedding chapel in Vegas.

Frustration can change everything — and Kate is living proof. In 2007, she left her decade-long career as a journalist and magazine editor to open her first media agency.
Eight years later, after witnessing the significant challenges and roadblocks faced by professional women, she founded TARRA to radically shift “business as usual”. Today, TARRA is a thriving Denver coworking campus & membership club for leadership-minded women (though everyone is welcomed!)
With their presence in the city, Kate, her TARRA team & the astounding community have been dedicated to their vision to create more equitable and prosperous communities. (Can you tell we look up to her? We look up to her.)

When you’re stuck on your social media & email marketing strategy, Kindra bursts through the door with clear and actionable answers, strategy, and seamless execution.
Specializing in the food and beverage industries, she’s obsessed with telling the story behind the brand. She’s worked with non-profits (even us!), and multibillion-dollar food companies, exponentially growing their reach with heart-forward content. (Also, she hates the word content.)
Based in Denver with her husband, three dogs, and little baby Griffin, she loves to chow down on local food. You can find her in the wild trying every coffee shop available, and crushing her friends & family at board games on Saturday nights.

That’s where Lidia comes in. She’s the Personal Pleasure Strategist who leverages her professional training in polyvagal theory to reset your system & get you loving your whole life.
It’s no surprise that her work has been featured in the New York Times, Fast Company, Forbes, and Essence Magazine. After all, she’s also the co-founder of the Women of Sex Tech, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to merging sex and technology.

Molly is the entrepreneur, mama, writer & adventurer who’s obsessed with designing personal experiments that scare you. (She’s like a mad scientist, except swap the lab coat for glitter.)
As the founder of Stratejoy, she helps women around the world get honest with themselves about who they are, what they want, why they want it — then how to go out & actually get it. Think: Group coaching programs, a weekly diary newsletter, and adult summer camps. Are you in love yet?
You can find her lusting for nectarine and burrata season, dancing in her kitchen to mixtape playlists, and trying her damndest to moderate her exclamation point usage.

Sylvia is the sort of woman you meet once and remember forever. Her adventurous spirit & unparalleled recruiting skillset makes her the go-to gal for perfect hires and great conversation.
Never one to play by the rulebook, she knows career recruiting isn’t just about “filling vacancies” (blech). Rather, it’s about fostering real connections with passionate people who want to reach their full potential.
Beyond her recruitment career, Sylvia’s a cinnamon roll aficionado, estate sale scavenger, and a daring dreamer who’s offered weird-ass opportunities — and then takes them. (Cue our raucous applause.)
